Prophetic ministry is the practice of hearing from the Lord on behalf of someone else.

Bradley Epworth’s prophecy teams consist of trained members who are there to speak the Lord’s heart. For example; sincere encouragement, words of comfort, or prayers for strength. The prophetic teams do not give directional words, predict the future, or try to look for sin in people’s lives. Instead, they suggest to the recipients not to make any major life decisions based on one prophetic word. 

The prophetic team’s responsibility is to listen to the Holy Spirit and accurately speak what they hear. During this time, the responsibility of the recipient is to judge their words according to the Word of God.
